Co-Regulation Compass
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 17, 2026
Co-Regulation Compass ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at kaitlyn-bosch.mykajabi.com and provides parent coaching, educational courses, downloadable guides, and related digital products and services (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. Questions? Contact us at coregulationcompass@gmail.com.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us — your name, email address, and other details you submit through our forms, including when you download a free guide, join our email list, book a call, or purchase a course or coaching.
- Payment information — when you buy a course or coaching, payment is processed by our third-party payment provider ([Kajabi Payments / Stripe / PayPal]). We do not collect or store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
- Automatic information — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and similar analytics data collected through cookies and comparable technologies.
- Communications — records of your correspondence with us, including information you choose to share during coaching.
2. How we use your information
- Provide, operate, and improve the Services and deliver purchased courses and coaching.
- Send the free guides, resources, and email communications you request.
- Respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and provide support.
- Send administrative messages and, with your consent where required, marketing emails. You can opt out of marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message.
- Process payments, prevent fraud, and comply with our legal obligations.
3. Email & marketing consent
When you submit a form or download a free guide, you may be added to our email list. We send marketing emails only where permitted by law and always include an unsubscribe link and our postal address. You may withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time; this will not affect emails necessary to deliver a product you purchased. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal data on the bases of your consent, performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Cookies & tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies (which may include analytics tools such as Google Analytics or a Facebook Pixel) to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who operate the platform on our behalf — including our website/course host (Kajabi), email marketing, payment processing, and analytics providers — under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of any person.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, after which we delete or anonymize it.
8. Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at coregulationcompass@gmail.com. California residents (CCPA/CPRA) may request disclosure of personal information collected and its deletion, and will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
9. Children's privacy
The Services are intended for adults (parents and caregivers). They are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International transfers
Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries, which may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page, and we will update the "Last updated" date above.
