These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at kaitlyn-bosch.mykajabi.com and any products, programs, or services offered by Co-Regulation Compass ("we," "us," or "our") (the "Services"). By accessing, using, or purchasing from the Services, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Not medical or mental-health advice
Co-Regulation Compass provides educational content and parent coaching. It does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other healthcare services, and nothing in the Services is a substitute for advice from a licensed professional. Coaching does not create a therapist–client or clinician–patient relationship. If you or your child are in crisis or need medical or mental-health care, contact a qualified provider or your local emergency services.
2. No guarantees
Parenting outcomes vary. We do not guarantee any specific result from our content or coaching. Any examples of outcomes are illustrations, not promises; your results depend on your own effort, decisions, and circumstances.
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use the Services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
4. Purchases & payment
- Our courses and coaching are sold as one-time purchases. Prices and program details are described at the point of purchase and may change over time.
- Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider. By purchasing, you authorize us and our provider to charge your chosen payment method for the amount shown at checkout.
- Chargebacks: initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a breach of these terms and may result in loss of access to purchased content.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility is stated on the sales or checkout page for each offer. Because our courses and guides are digital products delivered immediately, they are generally non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded, and completed coaching sessions are non-refundable, except where required by law. 6. Course materials & license
All course materials — including videos, guides, worksheets, text, and graphics — are owned by Co-Regulation Compass or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. On purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the materials for your own use.
You may not share your login or account access, copy, download (except where expressly offered), resell, distribute, publicly post, or use the materials to build or promote a competing product or service.
Access duration: unless stated otherwise at purchase, your access to course materials is [lifetime / for a period of ___ ]. We may update, improve, or retire course materials over time.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: harass or harm others; share your login information; copy or steal materials; disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform; upload unlawful or harmful content; or use the Services for any illegal purpose.
8. Coaching sessions
You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions. Rescheduling and cancellation are subject to the notice period stated at booking. Missed sessions without adequate notice may be forfeited.
9. Access to programs
We reserve the right to suspend or remove access to any program or community if a user is disruptive, abusive, or violates these terms.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. You use the Services at your own risk.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Co-Regulation Compass will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Co-Regulation Compass from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these terms.
13. Third-party links & services
The Services may link to or rely on third-party websites and tools (including our platform host and payment processor). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.
15. Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of North Dakota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
